Jazzlab saXholder SXH-PRO, conventional saxophone carrying systems place a heavy strain on the cervical vertebrae. Over time, many players experience chronic pain and even vertebral damage. SAXHOLDER is a patented three-point carrying system: the entire weight of the saxophone is transferred to the two padded shoulder straps and simultaneously supported by the abdominal support. This may sound unusual, but after playing for half an hour, you will notice the difference: the instrument feels light as a feather, and when playing away from the body, the right thumb tires much less than with conventional neck or shoulder straps. Saxholder can be used for baritone saxophone, tenor saxophone, alto saxophone, soprano saxophone, bass clarinet and bassoon. The Saxholder is made of fibre-reinforced high-performance plastic, the shoulder straps are made of aircraft-grade aluminium, the strap padding is made of TPE (thermoplastic elastomer), the cord is made of Dyneema (breaking load 250 kg), the hook is made of stainless steel, plastic-coated (providing the best possible protection against breakage). The Saxholder weighs only 160 g when ready for use. This carrying frame is quick and easy to use: fold both shoulder straps upwards, pull out the telescopic extension, turn the belly support, and you're done!
