VANDOREN-M/O ligature for alto-saxophone, gold-plated with 24K gold, with protective cap The M/O new ligature combines the lightweight construction of the legendary Masters ligature with the highly efficient tightening of the OPTIMUM ligature. This particular ligature features a quick and symmetrical tightening system with a unique double-track screw mechanism. Additionally, the inverted tightening is done on only 2 small contact points on the reed which directly results in an optimum vibration of the reed and a crisp articulation. Known for its practicality, this ligature is easy to set up and is built based on lightweight materials. On the whole, this ligature is ultimately designed to allow the clarinet player to enjoy the freedom of expression. This ligature is only compatible for the alto-saxophone mouthpiece.
