The ligature offers reed contact through rails only which directly leads to a rich, full and colorful tone in all registers. Due to the metal plate offering direct reed contact, it allows the musician to articulate easier. This particular ligature is compatible for clarinet mouthpieces of Eb-clarinets with the bohemian system
