SCHILKE-Trumpet mouthpiece No. 12A4a Cup Ø 16.71 \"Artist\" -model - Similar to No. 12B4, but with a shallower cup and smaller back bore for good endurance and light height. As is generally known, the diameter of the shank of a cornet is smaller than that of a trumpet. Most Schilke models are available for both the trumpet and cornet. In general, a slightly larger cup and throat favors the cornet tone.
