HAMMERSCHMIDT E-flat clarinet No. 19a, 21 keys, 6 rings, grenadilla wood, bell with wooden rim, rolls in B-C sharp, C-D sharp, with a side key (F sharp improvement), silver-plated mechanism, including case and mouthpiece. Only carefully selected, long-aged, extremely fine-pored black grenadilla wood with the best sound properties is used for Karl Hammerschmidt clarinets. This selected wood is naturally dried in a strictly controlled maturing process and stored for years in our own wood store until it reaches the maturity and quality to make a clarinet. The hand-crafted and ergonomically arranged key mechanism, which has been further developed over decades, is made from the best materials and therefore guarantees quiet key action and easy grip.
