SCHILKE-Trumpet mouthpiece -Heavy- No. 20 Cup Ø 17.78 (Former model \"RIO\"). This mouthpiece was made with very large cup diameter developed for wind players with a robust embochoure and is mostly blown in the symphonic orchestral insert. As is generally known, the diameter of the shank of a cornet is smaller than that of a trumpet. Most Schilke models are available for both the trumpet and cornet. In general, a slightly larger cup and throat favors the cornet tone.
