Description
SCHILKE trumpet mouthpiece No. 9 Cup Ø 16.33 (former model \"B\"). Designed for Edward B. Lewellyn, former 1st trumpeter of the Chicago Symphoniker. A standard mouthpiece with very good sound properties and a large projection sound. As is generally known, the diameter of the shank of a cornet is smaller than that of a trumpet. Most Schilke models are available for both the trumpet and cornet. In general, a slightly larger cup and throat favors the cornet tone.
