Product Description "BUFFET Clarinet Tradition BC1116L"
BUFFET Clarinet Tradition BC1116L, Buffet Crampon has been at the top of the world in the production of world-class clarinets for 190 years. The inventor of the revolutionary, polycylindrical bore design is again innovating this year with a new bore concept. The needs of the modern music repertoire and performance practices are taken into account, while being inspired by the design of the years before 1950. The RC and R13 clarinets served as a reference for this brand new cylindrical bore. This bore adds a new acoustic dimension to the brand's portfolio. \"Le son à l'état pur\" or \"sound in its purest form\" best describes the new instrument. The aim of the project was to offer a clarinet in its most natural form. The new bore concept was inspired by one of the first professional clarinets, the magical Buffet Crampon BC20. With a cylindrical bore design, the new clarinet draws on the sound purism of the BC20. The arrangement of the tone holes is based on the Tosca design. The result is an instrument with a clear, focused and rich sound that is suitable for any acoustic environment and at the same time guarantees homogeneous intonation in all registers. These innovations allow the amateur or professional clarinetist to concentrate on making music. Research and development of the new Buffet Crampon was strongly influenced by American and French musicians. The American team, consisting of the Buffet Crampon artists Jonathan Gunn, Burt Hara, Victoria Luperi, Mark Nuccio and Gregory Raden, worked on this project together with their French colleagues Michel Arrignon, Nicolas Baldeyrou and Paul Meyer. With their international concert experience as orchestral musicians/soloists, they all made a significant contribution to positioning the new Buffet Crampon clarinet worldwide. When naming the new Buffet Crampon clarinet, all musicians involved agreed on one thing: tradition.
