THE WALLACE COLLECTION-Tenor Trombone mute, straight, copper bottom, Unlike any other straight mute, our concept for this mute was determined by the desire to make one mute that would play all notes, high or low, loud or quiet, all the way down to pedals and as high as you can play at all dynamics. There is a 10 mm lip which makes this mute easy to handle and secure for quick changes. You will never have played a mute that responds this well over the entire register. This particular straight mute with the copper bottom offers a darker distinct sound, simultaneously not compromising great response and intonation.
